Franco Tedeschi graduated in Electronic Engineering at University of Rome “La Sapienza” and received a Ph.D. in Robotics from University of Cassino and Southern Lathium. He is qualified as Instructor of CISCO Networking Academy since 2012. He is author and/or co-author of about 20 papers on Robotics, that have been published in proceedings of well-known peer-reviewed international Journals or Conferences. He has served as reviewer for several international conferences and journals. In 2013 he has been expert engineer in the 7th Framework European Project “MAGDRIVE” – Magnetic Superconductor Non Contact Harmonic Drive (University Carlos III of Madrid). Dr. Tedeschi is 20 years experienced in industrial process engineering with extensive knowledge in electronic system design. He has carried out consulting activity for international companies and automotive industrial plants. He has been electronic designer and technical writer for well-known italian journals in electronic and embedded systems. Dr. Tedeschi has developed several robots, such as hexapod walking robots, educational robots and service robots. He is patent holder of a robotics system for remote sensing. His research interest cover IoT systems, robotics, embedded systems and emerging technologies.
