Full Professor of Comparative Private Law (IUS/02) at the Department of Law of the University of Molise. His main research areas are within the scope of comparative law and European law, focusing on obligations, contract law, tort law, family law, and general theory of private law. Since 2001, he has undertaken study and research stays at the Institute for Foreign and International Private and Economic Law at Heidelberg University (Germany).
