Andreina Scognamiglio is "Dottore di Ricerca in Law and Economics", after obtaining this title July 14, 1987 at the University of Rome "La Sapienza".
From February 1988 to October 2005 she was assistent professor of “Administrative Law” in the University of Rome "Tor Vergata".
On the first November 2005 she became second grade professor of “Administrative Law” in the University of Molise.
On the 22 February 2011 she was awarded the title of full professor of “Administrative Law”.
Her main studies are about administrative process (administrative jurisdiction, administrative judge’s powers), law and economics (public undertakings, competition law, the ability of public entities to enter into derivative hedging instruments market), administrative law ( public agreements, administrative hearings, access to public information, fairness and public accountability).
