Barbara Troncarelli is full professor of Computer Law at the Department of Biosciences and Territory, University of Molise (Italy).

She obtained the degree in Philosophy and her Ph.D. in "Philosophy of Law, General Theory of Law and Political Philosophy" at the University of Rome "La Sapienza".

Besides, she completed the studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pisa through a post-graduate diploma in Philosophy of Law.

She carried out didactic activities in Philosophy of Law at the Faculty of Law of the LUMSA of Rome, where she had also a contract of teaching in General Theory of Law.

In 2003, she was qualified to teach as associate professor (scientific sector: "IUS/20 - Philosophy of Law").

Until October 2004, she worked as researcher in Philosophy of Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Catania.

On December 13, 2013, she has been awarded the Italian National Scientific Qualification as full professor in the sector 12/H3 - Philosophy of Law.

Publications: nine monographs, and various writings in scientific reviews and collected works.
