Dr. Francesca Cuomo, fixed-term researcher (RTD, lett.B) at the Department of Agriculture, Environment, Food, University of Molise, since 02/01/2022.
Academic training. She graduated with honors in Food Science and Technology from the University of Molise. In 2008 you obtained your PhD in Biochemistry and Applied Chemistry "XX cycle.
Professional experiences. Since 2008, Dr. Cuomo has carried out research at the University of Molise and has had the opportunity to collaborate with various Italian and foreign research groups.
Scientific activity. Dr. Cuomo's research topics of interest include: rheological and structural characterization of hydrocolloid systems; the chemical-physical and rheological characterization of cereal-based systems and the study of the role of antioxidants in oily matrices.
